Un buen coche con un lamentable sistema hombre-máquina llamado Connect 2

El funcionamiento del automóvil en todos los aspectos relacionados con la dinámica de conducción desde mi punto de vista es óptimo. Es un coche correcto que cumple la función para la que fue creado: permitirte ir del punto A al punto B.

El Qashqai es agradable de ver, cómodo para 4 ocupantes e incómodo para 5 adultos. En el caso de llevar dos sillitas en la parte trasera con sistema ISOFIX, el vehículo quedará reducido a 4 plazas, siendo imposible que la plaza central pueda ser ocupada por un adulto, aunque el trayecto a realizar sea de unos pocos metros.

Los asientos delanteros en lo que se refiere a comodidad y regulación son correctos.

La disposición, el diseño, y los acabados del salpicadero vuelven a ser adecuados. Es en este punto donde empiezan a aparecer los primeros puntos débiles. Los mandos destinados a controlar los intermitentes, las luces y los limpia parabrisas albergan demasiadas funciones, pudiendo accionarse de forma involuntaria. Por otra parte, las palancas para abrir el depósito de combustible y capó guardan una disposición nefasta. Están alejadas de la vista y muy juntas, con lo que, si su accionamiento se hace al tacto te puedes encontrar con que abres el capó cuando quieres abrir la tapa del depósito de combustible. La disposición lógica, sería dejar la palanca de la tapa del depósito de combustible donde está y cambiar la localización de la palanca de apertura del capó a otra posición con la idea de que las dos aperturas estén claramente diferenciadas.

El elevalunas eléctrico del conductor tiene un comportamiento perfecto, hace lo que esperas que haga. Para subir el resto de elevalunas se debe pulsar el botón de forma constante, si dejas de accionar el pulsador la luna se detiene. Es un detalle que no me gusta y me resulta incómodo.

El cinturón del copiloto, cuando no está en uso puede golpear contra la puerta generando una pequeña vibración en pavimentos en mal estado. 

La insonorización del coche es justita, mostrando sus vergüenzas en autopista. 

La caja de cambios y el motor son muy correctos, se nota que Nissan sabe hacer coches.

El maletero está bien resuelto, aunque echo de menos que lleve una cortina el lugar de banqueta.

El techo solar es amplio, deja pasar mucha luz al interior del vehículo y la cortina que lo cubre tiene un funcionamiento óptimo.

El sistema de ahorro de combustible Start-Stop, al margen de ahorros y gastos entorpece la conducción, se para cuando no debe o no se detiene cuando sería lógico que lo hiciera. El que se pare, sabemos que depende de diversos factores como carga de la batería y temperatura ambiente, pero estos dos parámetros nada tienen que ver con las necesidades del automovilista, y en definitiva añaden una dificultad a la conducción sobre todo si pensamos en salidas de cruces en las que no se pueden permitir distracciones o retardos en la respuesta del automóvil. En general el sistema Start-Stop premia el pequeño ahorro de combustible perjudicando la seguridad vial.

La llave que emplea Nissan para abrir, cerrar y poner en marcha sus coches es simplemente perfecta. Realiza sus funciones con corrección y tiene un tamaño justo, ni muy pequeño, ni muy grande. El plástico duro negro y rugoso con el que está hecha la “llave” es perfecto para la misión que desempeña, resistente a pequeñas caídas y es muy posible que las marcas de estos percances queden disimuladas gracias al material empleado en su construcción. No obstante, el mando es mejorable, se podrían haber diseñado los botones de una forma más marcada y diferenciada entre sí, para que pudieran ser accionados sin sacar la llave del bolsillo del pantalón. Por otra parte, el cambio de pila, una CR2032 debería ser más sencillo. En este aspecto Nissan podría imitar a los sistemas que usan Polar o Garmin en sus pulsómetros.

Hasta aquí nuestro análisis básico y chapucero de este Nissan Qashqai, un utilitario muy correcto de líneas agradables.

No obstante, este Nissan Qashqai tiene un lado oscuro. Su sistema de navegación, no es malo, es malísimo, haciendo que desee volver a mi antiguo navegador TomTom Go 300, que creo lo compré sobre el 2005, 10 años antes que este Nissan Qashqai viera la luz y, aun así, Nissan no ha sabido ofrecer una solución que esté a la altura del navegador que la firma TomTom vendía en el 2005. Por otro lado, la interface hombre-máquina llamada Nissan Connect 2 es otra chapuza, unos gráficos lamentables que me recuerda a Windows 3.11 de 1993. Aun así, Nissan se puede excusar fácilmente ya que su competencia también tiene muchos problemas en este aspecto. Básicamente todos los fabricantes de coches gama media/altilla instalan unos sistemas de comunicación hombre máquina malos. Entre los distintos fabricantes hay diferencias y Nissan en este modelo Qashqai estaría en la mitad de la tabla y se podría calificar de correcto si lo comparamos con el resto de constructores. Ahora bien, si lo comparamos con un iPhone, el salto es tan abismal, que llega a ser insultante.
